Children's Easter Activity Day Resources

Following our successful Pancake Party in February we were meant to have a Children's Easter Activity Morning on Thursday 16th April. Obviously we can't do that now so we've decided to turn things round, instead of the children coming to us to do various activities, we’ll come to you (digitally) with some of the Easter activities we would have done with them.

Below is a list of activities (some with attachments and some with links to appropriate websites) of the type of things we would have done at the Activity Morning but which you could do at home. Have fun exploring the Easter story at home (& do feel free to choose which you do and don’t do and do adapt any or all of them as your family sees fit!)

-Go into your own garden collect anything you need (you could make this into a treasure hunt!)

- Using a tray or a tub, try making a little Easter garden.

Cooking Make a chocolate crispie cross (or with any other cereal you have), just remember it's half the weight of cereal to chocolate eg melt  6oz chocolate & add 3 oz of cereal . You could decorate it with icing sparkles, flowers etc to show Jesus is Alive.

We’ll really miss everyone who would have been at the Easter Activity Morning but hope you fun with some of these activities.
